Customer Reviews SlickRick Said: Little Powerhouse ( Sep. 25th 2009 )This little pump works GREAT!The light is really cool as it lights up the pool of water.I like it twice as much as the pump that came with my fountain.I would recommend this pump to anyone.Pepebuho Said: Doesn't cut it ( Sep. 19th 2009 )I purchased one and it did not last at all. It was supposed to be on 24/7 and it just did not made it past three weeks.D. M. MCFARLAND Said: It is great! ( Aug. 29th 2009 )My pump arrived today and it works perfectly. Justpal did a great job of getting my pump to me quickly.i am joe Said: zen water feature ( Jul. 31st 2009 )This pump was just I wanted for my work space zen water feature. I didn't know squat about 'gallons per hour' but this has a switch to provide more or less water as you need it. I have it submerged in a large salad bowl sized ceramic bowl, with glossy stones and buddha. Ahh the peaceT. Northrup Said: Not recommened ( Jul. 17th 2009 )I recently purchased a very expensive fountain, which worked great for a few days then began to intermittently stop. This went on for a short while, before the pump completely stopped. I cleaned the pump, hoses, and even replaced the water in the basin. Turned it on and it ran a few seconds and stopped. The pump that came with the fountain is a Jebao. This model of Jebao pump has what appears a low water sensor, which I assume is the problem. I looked up Jabao on the Internet and found a customer service E-mail address offering information. I explained the problem and asked for a possible remedy. I didn't want a replacement, I didn't want a refund, I just wanted a simple answer. They refuse to answer my question, so my only solution now is to pull their piece of junk out of the fountain and replace it with another brand. Why have customer service if you don't give customer service? What's sad is there may be a simple remedy to the problem, but I'll never know. This is my only experience with a Jebao pump, and I can't really remember having a proplem with a pump before. So in the future I will not purchse a device that requires a water pump if it is supplied with a Jeboa pump.« Back |
